The work we have done longest. Hardwood, engineered, laminate, luxury vinyl plank and tile — plus the underlayment, levelling compound, moisture barrier, transitions and shoe moulding that decide whether a floor still looks right in year eight.
Kitchens
From a cabinet reface and new countertops through to moving walls and re-routing plumbing. We sequence the work thoughtfully so your sink and refrigerator are back in service as early as the project allows.
Bathrooms
Tiled showers and floors, vanities, tubs, fixtures and full gut renovations. Waterproofing goes in before tile, every time — it is the difference between a bathroom that lasts and one that rots quietly.
Interiors
Drywall, texture, paint, doors, baseboard and casing, closets and room reconfigurations. It’s the finish carpentry that makes a renovation feel considered rather than patched together.
Exteriors
Composite and cedar decking, powder-coated railing, paver patios, walkways, fire pit surrounds and retaining walls — built with the drainage and footing depth our Oregon weather genuinely requires.
Estimates
We visit, measure, and listen to what you’re picturing, then send a written quote separating materials from labour. There’s no deposit to request one, and no follow-up campaign if you choose someone else.
How a job runs
The part most contractors leave vague. Here is exactly what to expect between your first phone call and the last piece of trim.
Usually within a week of your call. We look at the space, take measurements, and talk through materials and budget honestly — including where spending less makes no difference.
With you in about two business days. Materials and labour are itemised and the scope states clearly what is and isn’t included, so there are no difficult conversations later.
You receive a start date and a realistic finish window. If your project needs a permit we pull it and meet the inspector, and materials are ordered before any demolition begins.
We work full days, tidy up each evening, and close with a walkthrough where you note anything you’d like adjusted. That list is completed before we ask for final payment.

We’re based in Tigard and work throughout the Portland metro. Staying local is a deliberate choice: it means we can return for a warranty question without it becoming a half-day trip, and it means our reputation among these neighbourhoods genuinely matters to us.
